About
An Australian Family Business Built Around Aluminium
11 years of projects and production
Alumix Pro is an Australian family business supplying aluminium cladding, battens, panels, profiles and compatible components for manufacturers, fabricators and project teams.
Across 11 years in business, the team has developed an integrated factory around cladding manufacture, long-profile cutting, CNC preparation, powder coating and woodgrain production. The projects shared on Instagram show only a small selection of the work completed over that time.
The factory operates two cladding roll-forming lines, two six-metre coating ovens, two six-metre double-head saws and four CNC machines, supported by production software and system-specific profile tooling.
Compatible aluminium products can be quoted with powder coating or woodgrain production. The product, coating system, grain, colour and approval reference are documented as part of the production specification.
Custom furniture remains available as an additional service. Wardrobes, cabinetry, shelving and doors use the same aluminium component ecosystem and drawing-led production process behind the core supply range.
What supports production and finishing
Lightweight
Designed to reduce handling weight while retaining the stability required for many interior and component applications.
Stable Geometry
An aluminium panel structure provides a consistent base for cladding, components and furniture production.
Moisture-Resistant
The aluminium construction does not rely on an MDF or chipboard core that can swell when exposed to moisture.
Factory Workflow
Two cladding lines, six-metre cutting, profile tooling and four CNC machines support drawing-led preparation.
Component Compatibility
Panels can be specified alongside profiles, battens, trims and other compatible aluminium components.
Coating & Woodgrain
Two six-metre ovens support powder coating and polyurethane-based woodgrain production for compatible aluminium products.
