An integrated aluminium production factory
Alumix Pro operates two roll-forming lines for cladding, two six-metre ovens for powder coating and woodgrain production, two six-metre double-head saws and four CNC machines.
The workflow starts with the cladding, batten, profile, component, panel or furniture project. Cutting, profile preparation, CNC and finishing are coordinated as factory steps rather than separate catalogue products.
Drawings, material, dimensions, quantities, machining details and finish requirements are reviewed before work is programmed and released to the factory.
