Production / factory capability

The factory combines two cladding roll-forming lines, two six-metre double-head saws, four CNC machines, profile punching and notching tooling, and two six-metre ovens for powder coating and woodgrain production.

Designed to reduce handling weight while retaining the stability required for many interior and component applications.

An aluminium panel structure provides a consistent base for cladding, components and furniture production.

Moisture-Resistant

The aluminium construction does not rely on an MDF or chipboard core that can swell when exposed to moisture.
