How it is built

The panel uses aluminium skins around a structured core to balance low handling weight with a consistent base for downstream production.

Because it does not rely on an MDF or chipboard core, it can be considered for moisture-sensitive interiors and aluminium-led assemblies.

Panel properties

Lightweight

Designed to reduce handling weight while retaining the stability required for many interior and component applications.

Stable Geometry

An aluminium panel structure provides a consistent base for cladding, components and furniture production.

Moisture-Resistant

The aluminium construction does not rely on an MDF or chipboard core that can swell when exposed to moisture.

Factory Workflow

Two cladding lines, six-metre cutting, profile tooling and four CNC machines support drawing-led preparation.

Component Compatibility

Panels can be specified alongside profiles, battens, trims and other compatible aluminium components.

Coating & Woodgrain

Two six-metre ovens support powder coating and polyurethane-based woodgrain production for compatible aluminium products.

Panel supply

Panels prepared for the next production step

Supply can range from panel material through to cut and CNC-prepared parts. Matching profiles and component options can be reviewed at the same time to simplify downstream assembly.

Lightweight structure

The panel format balances low handling weight with the stability needed for many interior applications.

CNC preparation

Panels can be reviewed for cutting and CNC preparation against approved production information.

Coordinated finishes

Finish and component choices can be aligned across panels, cladding and associated profiles.
