Floor panels are selected around load and support conditions, not surface appearance alone. The catalogue illustrates lift floors, cable-car and train uses, cleanrooms and other access areas where reduced mass can be valuable.
The anti-slip panel is the most directly documented floor construction, but the required face, core, thickness and edge depend on point loads, traffic, support centres, deflection, vibration, cleaning and slip requirements. Engineering and current test evidence remain project responsibilities where required.
